Made entirely from arbequina variety olives. It is produced by cold pressing. The oil is a greenishyellow colour, dense and full-bodied. With a clean aroma. Reminiscent of fresh green fruit with hints of tomato, apples, artichoke and green grass, and a bitter almond taste. Slightly spicy with a sweet and fluid finish.
